Al Ibri Investment LLC is a private investment firm with roots in Qatar and a presence in Dubai, privately owned by the family of Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani. With more than USD 9.3 billion in capital deployed by July 2023, we deploy capital across established businesses, acquisitions, commercial real estate,

hospitality, project development, and infrastructure in selected international markets.

Our financing activities include long-term capital at a fixed annual interest rate of 4%, with structures designed to provide businesses and projects sufficient runway to execute their plans and progress toward revenue generation before scheduled repayments commence. Al Ibri also evaluates strategic investment opportunities on their individual merits, allowing us to determine the appropriate structure and level of capital participation for each transaction.
